Know when your tech is on the way!

How cool would it be to know how far away your technician is from you when they are on the way? 

Many service providers give you a general arrival window. Those arrival windows are sometimes 2 – 4 hours long! Well, What if your service provider could let you monitor how far away they are when they are on their way? At Robbs Digital Media, we do just that! We WANT you to know when your tech is on the way.

Just like many service providers, whether it be a plumber, electrician or yes, your IT guy. We all follow the same initial practice. When you call we give you an arrival window. That’s because there is never a guarantee of how long any one job is going to be. Being a Tech company, we embrace technology and want our clients to know when we will be there. When we leave one job-site and are on our way to the next, clients who have a mobile phone number on file with us will receive a text message with “Your support technician is on his way! Follow his trip progress in real-time here.” that message will include a link to Google Maps with not only the location, but will show the route being used in real time. 

Why do we do this?

We all appreciate knowledge and common courtesy. We all have things to do throughout our day. As a small business I take pride in providing EXCEPTIONAL care, support and CUSTOMER SERVICE. So what that means for you as a client, we want you to be informed and not not have to just sit around all day waiting for us when you have other things to do as well. So, go on, run your errands and when you get our message saying we are on our way, simply plan to be at our meeting location at that time. 
Not all our clients meet with us at their home or office, we make it easy to be a client. We go to you, and where its convenient for you! Sure certain issues can only be fixed at the home or office, but some can be fixed from ANYWHERE. I personally enjoy meeting at the local coffee shop. I’ll always buy you a drink while I work on fixing your technology.

We will follow up with you within 2 weeks of every service appointment to make sure you’re still as satisfied then as you were when we first provided the services for you.
